Nella Barkley, co-founder of the Crystal-Barkley Corporation and her senior partner Clifford Oblinger. The Bond Market Association, 360 Madison Avenue(Corner of 45th Street; Enter on 45th Street) The inability to integrate life and work demands has plagued workers at all levels for as long as people have had jobs. However, there is a systematic, strategic process to bring the two into much greater harmony. Known as Life/Work Design, this system has been used by thousands of people to enhance both their professional and their personal lives.
Barkley founded the Crystal Barkley Corporation with the late John C. Crystal, whose innovative and unorthodox techniques provided Richard N. Bolles with the fundamentals for his perennially best selling book What Color Is Your Parachute? Barkley grounded Crystal’s unique method in a series of teachable and learnable management steps which she and Cliff will introduce in this presentation.
